2019 Post Alley

November 29, 2007 | Leave a Comment

blade-runner 2019 Post AlleyI wrapped a new piece early this morning titled 2019 Post Alley. It’s a homage to the dark, wet, future noir world of Blade Runner and wonderful visionaries Ridley Scott, Philip K. Dick and Syd Mead. The film took place in the perpetually raining, crowded, polluted City of Los Angeles and 2019 Post Alley uses the year the story took place as the address number along with the famed Seattle alleyway, Post Alley, as the street name. Light Tower Freebie

November 24, 2007 | Leave a Comment

The architectural light tower object that I created for my piece, Angel, is now available in the downloads area as a Vue object. It’s a basic concrete spire with eight flood lights around the sides pointing down and a nice, flat spot on the top for character placement. The design is pretty neutral as it would look equally at home high above Metropolis as it would over Dystopia. Click here to check it out.

Back to the Semantic

In case anyone didn’t notice, I’ve tossed the old static site in favor of a new, WordPress powered build. The old site was just too much upkeep for a busy guy like myself, so I decided to return to WordPress as it’s truly one of the best content management systems out there and makes short work of running a dynamic website. In the new build, I’m also employing a heavily customized version of the fabulous Revolution premium WordPress template by Brian Gardner. Alright, back to what you were doing, that’s all I’ve got.
