e-on Software Picture of the Day

Kumo Station is today’s picture of the day over at e-on Software, publishers of the Vue line of 3D software. They included this comment from me:
“This is my first real project in Vue 7 Infinite and all I can say is wow. The new radiosity engine and spectral atmosphere technology absolutely blew me away, but what topped it off was the amazing increase in render speed!”

Bulkhead 16 for Vue

I added a new Vue model to the downloads area today. It’s the detailed, high-resolution sci-fi wall segment that I built for use in my new piece, Station Secure. While Station Secure isn’t quite completed yet, Vue users can have a crack at this model which makes a great background for sci-fi/military portrait type work. Click here to get it!

Ricardo Montalbán, who among his many roles played Captain Kirk’s finest foe passed away today at age 88. While everyone has a specific role that they remember Ricardo for, Khan was it for me. Ok, Mr. Roarke is right up there as well, but I’m going with Khan. Rest in peace Mr. Montalbán.
