The CommPower 9000 (CP9) is a portable, long-range satellite communications system designed for use in rugged, remote locations throughout the universe. Designed for use by terraforming crews, mining operations and off-world researchers, the CP9 consists of two core components - the antenna assembly and the powerpack/communications interface. The CP9 is easily transported and can be quickly assembled on any level site with open sky for crystal clear transmissions to even the most distant satellite relay stations. Powered by a Lithrone 70 Fuel Cell, these units can operate continuously for up to 2-years without refueling under normal operating conditions. This model makes a great addition to any sci-fi scene and features high-resolution textures and ample mesh detail for close up, foreground renders while still being easy on resources. The reflector portion of the antenna can be adjusted up and down for the perfect trajectory and all other parts are static, though everything can be separated and moved/removed as needed.
