The Arrival
The Arrival is a look at interplanetary colonialism.. here a native woman and her pet cat looks on from a hilltop as the invading forces make land on the tide flats before marching inland. My guess is that this young woman has seen this before and past visitors have met their match, despite their technological advantage. If they only knew it was the bones of their predecessors that made up the beach they just landed on.
